Step 1: Extract the salespagestudio.zip file you received with your order to your hard disk. Using an FTP program upload the salespagestudio folder and the files inside to the wordpress plugins folder on your server i.e. /public_html/wp-content/plugins/.

Step 2: To install the page template you need to upload the files sps.css and sps.php to the folder of your currently active theme. (if you switch your main theme, you need to remember to move/copy these files to your new theme.) i.e. For the default Kubrik theme the path might be /public_html/wp-content/themes/default/

Step 3: You can now log in to wordpress and activate the plugin from the plugins menu. You should now find the options page for Sales Page Studio under the ‘Settings’ tab of your wordpress admin dashboard.

Step 4 : Enter your license details in the area to the top right of the plugin, this is the username and password you received when you purchased the product.

Plugin Settings
From this settings page you are able to upload the images required for your salespage. Each image must be hosted on your server, you can ftp them directly and enter the path in the boxes provided, or you can use the wordpress media uploader to upload the images and get the url from there.

Each of the images or groups of images relate to one of the tags you can use while editing a page, they are fairly self explanatory. After updating an image url, the preview image should automatically update when you click into another cell.

The testimonial and video boxes are constructed of three images each, a header image, a footer image and a repeating background image. Each of these images should have the same width,the width of the interior content will be automatically adjusted to be the correct size.

Purchase URL: In this box you can enter your order link that will be used within your salespage for the buy now button and the ecover images.

You may also specify any custom CSS in the field provided, a common use would be to overide the overall width of the default template (to match your main header image width) with a line similar to

#header, #content, #footer {width:701px;}

Using The Plugin
When creating a new page be sure to select the Sales Page Studio Defaultl Template from the dropdown box in the right hand sidebar.

The following tags are available to be used in your salespages, they are also available as buttons and quicktags in the wordpress visual and html editors.

The Buy It Now image and the eCover images are automatically hyperlinked with the purchase url . You can specify the purchase url in the settings.
